Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you use Digonto's eSIM, wallet, and payment services.
Last updated: October 18, 2026
1. About Digonto
Digonto provides digital eSIM products that allow customers to access mobile data services while traveling or using supported networks in selected destinations.
Digonto does not operate the underlying mobile networks. eSIM connectivity is provided through third-party telecommunications and network partners.
The availability, speed, coverage, network technology, and performance of an eSIM may vary depending on the destination, network operator, device, location, network congestion, and other factors outside Digonto's control.
2. Eligibility
To use Digonto's Services, you must:
- Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- Provide accurate and complete information when required.
- Use a compatible eSIM-supported device.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
If you purchase or use an eSIM on behalf of another person, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
3. eSIM Products
Digonto offers destination-specific, regional, and global eSIM plans.
Each plan may have different:
- Data allowances
- Validity periods
- Coverage areas
- Supported networks
- Activation requirements
- Speed policies
- Top-up availability
- Renewal options
- Fair-use or network-management policies
You are responsible for reviewing the plan details before completing your purchase.
Plan information displayed on the website is intended to describe the applicable service at the time of purchase. Network availability may change due to circumstances outside Digonto's control.
4. Device Compatibility
Before purchasing an eSIM, you are responsible for confirming that your device:
- Supports eSIM technology;
- Is compatible with the relevant network/service;
- Is not carrier-locked in a way that prevents use of the eSIM;
- Meets any other technical requirements stated for the selected plan.
Digonto is not responsible for connectivity issues caused by an incompatible, unsupported, or carrier-locked device.
5. Purchase and Order Confirmation
When you place an order through Digonto, you are making a request to purchase the selected eSIM plan.
An order may initially appear as Pending or Processing until payment has been successfully verified.
An order is not considered fully paid merely because:
- An order number has been generated;
- You have reached a payment gateway;
- A payment page was opened or submitted;
- You have returned from a payment gateway.
Digonto may require successful payment verification before an eSIM is issued.
6. Payment
Digonto may support payment methods including third-party payment gateways and Digonto Wallet, depending on availability.
For external payment methods, payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers.
You authorize Digonto and its payment providers to process the applicable purchase amount.
All displayed prices, currencies, taxes, fees, and applicable charges should be reviewed before completing your purchase.
Digonto is not responsible for additional fees imposed by your bank, card issuer, payment provider, currency conversion provider, or other financial institution.
Payment Verification
Digonto may verify payments through the applicable payment provider before marking an order as paid.
If a payment cannot be verified, the order may remain pending or may be cancelled.
7. Digonto Wallet
If you use Digonto Wallet:
- Your wallet balance is associated with your customer account.
- Wallet funds may only be used for eligible Digonto purchases.
- The wallet balance displayed in the Customer Portal is informational.
- The balance used for a transaction is determined by Digonto's server-side records.
- A successful wallet transaction may reduce your available wallet balance immediately.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
If you believe your wallet or account has been accessed without authorization, contact Digonto Support as soon as possible.
8. eSIM Activation and Installation
After successful payment and successful eSIM provisioning, Digonto may provide installation information such as:
- QR code
- Activation code
- Manual installation information
- ICCID or other relevant eSIM information
You are responsible for following the installation instructions provided by Digonto.
An eSIM may need to connect to a supported mobile network in the applicable coverage area before its validity period begins, depending on the specific plan.
Some plans may allow installation before arrival at the destination.
Always review the specific plan's activation and validity policies.
9. Activation Period
Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, an eSIM may have a specified period within which it must be activated or connected to a supported network.
If an eSIM is not activated within the applicable activation period, it may expire or become unavailable.
The exact activation and validity rules applicable to your purchase are those displayed with the relevant eSIM plan.
10. Data Usage and Speed
Data allowances and speeds depend on the plan purchased.
Some plans may be marketed as unlimited-data plans but may include fair-use, network-management, or speed-reduction policies.
For example, a plan may reduce the available speed after a specified amount of daily usage.
Where applicable, these conditions will be stated in the plan details.
Digonto does not guarantee a particular connection speed at all times.
11. Network Coverage
Coverage depends on the networks available in the destination and the applicable eSIM plan.
Even within a supported country or region, service may be unavailable or degraded in certain locations, including:
- Remote areas
- Underground locations
- Buildings with poor signal penetration
- Areas affected by network congestion
- Areas affected by local network outages
Digonto does not guarantee uninterrupted coverage or connectivity.
12. Roaming and Network Behavior
Your eSIM may connect to one or more supported network operators depending on the plan.
The network displayed on your device may vary.
Your device may also display an IP address associated with a location different from your physical location. This does not necessarily mean that the eSIM is being used outside its intended coverage area.
13. Top-Ups and Renewals
Where supported, certain eSIM plans may allow customers to purchase additional data or validity through top-ups or renewals.
Availability depends on the specific eSIM plan.
Top-ups and renewals may be subject to:
- The original plan's eligibility;
- Installation status;
- Network availability;
- Payment verification;
- Expiration or validity restrictions.
Automatic renewal, where available, may be enabled or disabled according to the options presented to you.
14. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the purchase, whether the eSIM has been issued or activated, and the applicable Digonto refund policy.
If an eSIM has already been installed, activated, or used, it may not be eligible for a refund except where required by applicable law.
A payment being reversed, disputed, refunded, or marked for review does not automatically mean that an eSIM already issued may continue to be used.
Digonto may suspend or restrict access to services associated with disputed or reversed transactions.
15. Failed Payments
If a payment fails or cannot be verified:
- The order may remain pending;
- The eSIM may not be issued;
- eSIM installation information may remain unavailable;
- eSIMAccess or another underlying provider may not be instructed to activate/provision the service.
Digonto may retry or allow you to complete payment where supported.
16. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials secure;
- Providing accurate account information;
- Maintaining access to your registered email or account;
- Reviewing your orders and transactions;
