Delete your Digonto eSIM account

For customers of Digonto eSIM (the Digonto eSIM app for Android and digontoesim.com). Here is what happens to your data and how to ask for it.

What we delete

  • Your name, email address, phone number and profile photo.
  • Your password and any linked Google sign-in.
  • Two-factor authentication secrets and recovery codes.
  • Your sign-in history and every signed-in session on every device.
  • Identity verification (KYC) documents you uploaded.
  • Support tickets and their messages.
  • Your notification inbox and the email addresses kept in our email log.
  • The installation details (activation code and QR) of your eSIMs.

What we keep, and why

  • Orders, payments and wallet transactions, because payment, tax, fraud-prevention and accounting records must stay consistent.
  • The record of your eSIMs (without the details that could install them), for reconciliation with our network provider.
  • A minimal record that you asked for deletion (when, and from the app or website). It contains no personal information.

Retained records stay linked only to an anonymous account named “Deleted customer”: they no longer identify you, and that account can never be signed in to again.

Before you start

  • Use or settle your wallet balance first. An account with money in its wallet can't be deleted until the balance is used.
  • Wait for any payment that is still being confirmed to finish.
  • eSIMs you have already installed may stop being manageable from your account. Plans that are still valid are not refunded by deleting the account.

Deletion happens immediately when you confirm. You are signed out everywhere and the account cannot be recovered. If you sign up again with the same email you get a brand-new account with no history.

Request deletion

To keep your account safe, deletion is requested while signed in. Sign in, then come back to this page to confirm. You can also do this inside the app: You → Settings → Delete account.

Can't sign in? Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in page first, then request deletion.
